Training and Operations Manager
The Freedman Center welcomes Jennine Vlach as the new Training and Operations Manager. Jennine is an experienced educator, supervisor, and experienced in academic library environments.
Jennine joins the Freedman Center having come from Baldwin-Wallace College where she served as an Assistant Librarian and as a Visual Resource Curator responsible for the development and maintenance of academic resources. In addition, Jennine was responsible for the training and supervision of student staff. Prior to her work with Baldwin Wallace, she also worked as a K-12 educator in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Jennine earned her Bachelor’s degree at Kent State University, her teaching licensure at Cleveland State University, and is currently completing a Masters in Education from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is thrilled to be a part of the Freedman Center, where she works closely with student Staff Assistants and Freedman Center patrons, by ensuring excellent training, upholding customer service policies, and satisfaction with the Freedman Center.
