HR Simulation
We recently have begun the HR Simulation project in MGMT 250.
When it was being explained to us as we were being prepped to start it, it sounded hard and like it would be a whole lot of work. However, after finishing 2 quarters and about to do the third, I have found it to not be so bad at all. In fact, I would say it is one of the few interesting things I am doing in any of my classes currently. My team functions well with eachother, and have had no problems as of yet. People's opinions are respected, and if someone's recommendation is not accepted, there is no fight. When my recommendation was not accepted the first quarter, I understood why. After seeing our results, I noticed that my recommendations could have helped in some of the areas we were lacking in, and remade the recommendation for quarter 2, and it was accepted completely.
