More HR Simulation

Our HR simulation is going great so far!

I have really enjoyed this project so far. It hardly feels like a normal school project, as I look forward to working on it because I want our made up company to do well and be the best in the industry. Recently I made a suggestion to an area that I thought really needed funding, and pushed hard for more money. I got the team to agree to it, and it really paid off for us big time in the end.

I love the HR simulation. My only gripe is the unrealstic budget. Piderit had initially complained that we were applying too much of our HR experience [and what we learned] into the Harrah's Casino case study. She mentioned the budget was unrealistic, and CEOs often would not approve of such drastic invesments in the real world. Come to think of it, $350,000 a quarter is indeed a lot of money...I wonder if the computer simulation could not be edited in the future to provide a more limited budget; hence, more imitatable results with the real world.
