Creighton Case

WIth the Creighton case, I learned a bit about how discrimination is treated in the work place. It seemed from the case, and from places I have been employed at, that most people want to dodge the subject of racial discrimination. Most people simply do not want to deal with it, and the ones that do are afraid to say anything. People need to be judged on how well they can perform a job, not their gender, color, religion, etc.. Also, it hurts the companies to discriminate some people, as they would no doubt be great assets to them.
