It seems that there were not just voter irregularities in our national elections, but in corporate elections as well.

It seems that there were not just voter irregularities in our national elections, but in corporate elections as well. The Hazlet, which is a group of stock transfer agents, reviewed hundreds of shareholder votes and managed to find a problem with every single one of them! Overvoting was the biggest problem, as they managed to find numerous duplicate ballots. Since half of stockholders do not participate in votes on average, it is then possible for others to simply turn in extra votes in an attempt to manipulate results.
