Stop giving execs pay raises!

Recent studies have shows that companies may want to cut back on giving their executives such large pay raises.

Recent studies have shows that companies may want to cut back on giving their executives such large pay raises. While the study says that 5% of executives leave ther jobs due to low wages, 33% leave their jobs due to a lack of challenges and opportunities. While a desire for opportunity can be seen as executives wanting more money, it is still important to focus more on having them do the job they were hired for first, rather than simply throwing money at them simply because of a job title.
