Boogie on into Welcome Days
The week before classes start is a great time to catch up with old friends and meet new ones Welcome Days engages all undergraduate students in academic and social programming. This year included performances by comedian Hal Sparks and band Augustana, along with the opportunity for the campus community to participate in or present a SatCo class.
Welcome Days is also the first time that the entire first-year class comes together. To celebrate, the Orientation Leaders take over the football field and put on a surprise performance for them. For your viewing pleasure, the 2008 Orientation Leader Boogie:
