diversity

I don't think diversity is necessary important because for business the most important thing is to be most profitable. A diverse company might look better in the surface; however, I don’t think a company should hire the person because he is minority. For example, there are tons of Indian doctors, Korean dry cleaners and Vietnamese nail salons. If they are doing fine by what they have been doing, why the change is necessary? I am minority and I still think diversity is something you can make it by plans.

I would have to disagree with you. Diversity is very necessary especially in business. In most cases, the views of the minorities are only heard because the company has chosen to become diverse. Programs such as Affirmative Action have allowed underrepresented minorities to have increased opportunities. If the world did not diversify, then everything would be run by a majority group of people who would probably be rich, middle-aged, Protestant, Anglo-Saxon males. Diversity helps us to move forward.
