the team project
We have assigned into small groups to do the project. I have five people in my group including me. Since the project is pretty big, we need to meet up other than the class time. And I definitely realized working with other people is so hard!! Even to decide the time is hard thing to do. When we discuss about the project, you realize how hard to bring different people’s opinion into one. I think I am good at compromising but some are not; therefore, it takes forever to decide one tiny thing. If the future job is the extension of this project group, I don’t know what I am going to do.

Don't worry. I think the project will get better. Our group had a bumpy start at first too. I think the beginning is always hard because everyone is getting to know eachother. Also, since no one really knew exactly what the project entailed, getting everyone to agree might be tricky. However, my group was able to all come together and get the first part of the project done. You just have to iron out those first few discomforts. It'll get better.
