I am in a jazz band and we play about 120 selections from written music scores. I would like to be able to use the kindle to hold all my music. I have it all on my computer in PDF format. I wonder if I can go quickly from any page to any other page (in a few seconds) Can I "turn the page" in less than one second? Is the backlighting good enough to be able to read music in dim light? Will the batteries last for three hours? Can anyone out there answer any of these questions? Thank you, weg9@comcast.net

Kindle is not backlit. Batteries can last for a couple weeks if the wireless is turned off. There may be a delay when pages change so you would want to try it first for your need.
