Master Plan - Let's Formalize it!

There it is, folks. Click "Edit this Page" and write down what you know about the Master Plan. It's easy!

Greg Szorc started the Master Plan wiki stub awhile ago, but I have become frustrated with its lack of...well...anything. I put together what I'm calling a "basic framework" to encourage people to add to the page. Please add to it!
