blog and planet favicon
someone should make a favicon for blog.case.edu and planet.case.edu. Right now, firefox is showing the ebay favicon in firefox for planet case :(
What is a favicon? It's that nifty little icon picture that appears next to the URL name in the browser.

Made an open request back in March. Nobody came through.
I am *not* a graphic designer (emphasis added to indicate a severe deficiency in graphic design). My hands are tied.

Ummm... there is no favicon. And my Firefox doesn't display one for planet or blog. Maybe your Firefox is caching something weird??

Firefox on my PC and Mac both do not display a favicon for blog or planet. Ben, I'm not sure why you're seeing an ebay icon.

I created a favicon based on the case logo. You can see it here or see it in action here. Jeremy, can you put it on blog and planet?

The plain Case logo seems too generic to me. A Case user is likely to have lots of Case sites bookmarked and if the favicons are all the Case logo, the icon is not very helpful in distinguishing the sites.
Here's my attempt. Disclaimer: I am not a graphic designer either.

I sort of like that my Firefox assigns ESPN's favicon to Blog@Case. If a real favicon appears, it will take me some time to get used to.
