Team Bonuses

When filling out page 82 of our HR Simulation, we were asked to split up an amount of money between our team members as bonuses. I thought the only appropriate way to do that would be to split it equally. I felt that our team could not have been successful without each individual's efforts so why should we honor one member with a higher bonus than the other? If only those we real bonuses! Ha!
On another note, the Emotional Competence Inventory was much more difficult to fill out. I did not feel comfortable answering many of those questions for my team members, so for most of them I ended up answering 'I don't know.' Possibly during MGMT 251 our teams will allow us to observe more of those characteristics in our members. For now I think we learned minimally about how our members felt about themselves, etc.
