Frankonian Vineyards
| Our friends took us on a tour of the region surrounding Wurzburg. We stopped in Marktbreit, Kitzingen, and Sulzfeld. Sulzfeld is known for its meterbratwurst...yes, that is bratwurst served as half a meter or a whole meter. | ||

| To end the tour, we parked the car for a walk over a hill and through the vineyards to Schloss Hallburg. We barely beat a storm to the castle. Although the rain prevented us from enjoying the beautiful outdoor beer garden overlooking the vineyards and accompanying live music, we thoroughly enjoyed the walk. The vineyards were beautiful with the storm rolling in over the hills. | ||
