      <title>New Graduate Fellowship to Support Energy Institute</title>

      <description>he Case School of Engineering at Case Western Reserve University has received a $250,000 gift from Dr. Walter J. Culver (CIT ‘62/’64) to endow the Walt and Sylvia Culver Engineering Fellowship for Sustainable Infrastructure.  The fund will support graduate students in disciplines related to the Great Lakes Institute for Energy Innovation.</description>

      <title>Case Western Reserve president commits to &apos;climate neutral&apos; campus</title>

      <description>Case Western Reserve University President Barbara R. Snyder has committed to reducing and eventually eliminating all of the university&apos;s global warming emissions and accelerating the research and educational efforts to equip society to re-stabilize the earth&apos;s climate. The commitment came with Snyder&apos;s recent signing of the American College &amp;amp; University Presidents Climate Commitment.

      <title>First professorship in energy innovation at Case Western Reserve University endowed by Maltz Family Foundation</title>

      <description>Case Western Reserve University has received a grant of $2 million from the Maltz Family Foundation of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland to establish the Milton and Tamar Maltz Professorship in Energy Innovation, the university&apos;s first endowed professorship in energy. As an anchor of the new Great Lakes Institute for Energy Innovation, the professorship serves as the cornerstone for the university&apos;s energy program and will provide leadership for the program&apos;s academic and research nucleus. </description>
