Training Methods

The general comment on training we received in class was useful. When we first started our HR simulation, we paid most of our attention on hiring and fringe benifits to increase our morale and to decrease our turnover. One meeting, we spent a good amount of money on orientation, training, surveys and other activities. Our results after a week were excellent. Now, our group finds more importance in training our employees and geting them more involved not only through work. Not only training seems to "train" employees, it may create a better social environment and a stronger relationship with in employees.
