The MGMT250 was a useful class that gave me insights not only to HR practices but also on myself. The HR simulation gave us a better idea on how to handle a company and its people while the learning plan gave me a better idea of myself. As this class MADE me interview workers that were located in industies I wish to work in, not only I found out about the industry but it also created me to have a stronger business relationship with them which will be helpful in the future. The assignments were fun to do and I am happy with what I gained through this class.
