HR Meeting

Tonight we had one of our final HR meetings to discuss the upcoming incident and our final report. It is pretty amazing how smoothly things have come between our group. The first meeting with everyone was filled with nervousness and uncertainty. It took about 2 hours to finish. Now we all are comfortable with eachother and a meeting typically lasts 45 minutes at the most. We have come a long way. It is great to see that we have made progress as a group in a successful manner.

I am really happy as well that the group flow has been better and better as the weeks went by. We each felt more comfortable with eachother and therefore worked in a nice environment. Our Human Resource simulation meetings decreased in time, from nearly 2 hours to maybe 40 or 45 minutes per meeting, this only means one thing, team work is a helpful tool for many projects in which we may see ourselves involved in the future.
