What sort of criteria are they using to determine "the best"? Cost? Size? Number of times the management has changed in the last four years? (Sorry, a low jab at That Place, I admit).
I would probably have expected a mention of Sushi Rock on there, and, though I wouldn't expect it mentioned, would myself nominate Anatolia Cafe.

Hope someone considers good quality and reasonable quatities of food, as well as service, with menus that take various diets (vegetarian, low sodium, etc.) into consideration too.
