After an inaccurate post listing the " Top Restaurants" in Cleveland, I have done some research. Here is a complete list of some of the best places to eat in the area. The grading scale is out of 20 points. The rating is based on the quality of the food, analysis of the décor, service and ambiance.

Wow. I'm surprised that Guarino's made the list. We had absolutely terrible service there and, though the food was alright, it was nowhere near worth the price!
