Man Sues Fast Food Firms

A New York City lawyer has filed a lawsuit against some fast food restaurants, claiming that the fatty acids found in their food has contributed to his client's obesity and other health problems..It is great to see restaurants like these being exploited for what they really are..and that is institutions that contribute to the poor health and obesity rates in this country.

Chris, do you really think those restaurants should be put out of business by lawsuits? What about the people who choose to eat those foods, even knowing that too much of that stuff is not good for them?

I support more regulation of portion sizes and such, but I'm not sure I buy the lawsuit angle (unless a product has been deliberately misrepresented).
