ServSafe

Today, I am going to introduce a food safety initiative in the restaurant industry called ServSafe. This organization "leads the way in providing the restaurant and foodservice industry with an up-to-date, comprehensive food safety training and certification program."
The ServSafe program has training for every level in the restaurant and comes in many different training methods including books, videos, and CD Roms. Essentially the program assits in training managers and employees while making sure the restaurant runs smoothly and safely.
