Healthy Boys & Girls
Healthy Boys and Girls Program provides youth in the surrounding underserved urban community with up-to date health information, while at the same time providing medical students with experience of teaching in the community, and forging a relationship between the School of Medicine and the local urban community. Currently, the program visits the West Side Club and the King Kennedy Club, and instructs the children on a wide range of health topics, including physical fitness, mental health, and personal hygiene.
