Ted Ginn Sr. Gridiron Football Classic

Ted Ginn Sr. Gridiron Football Classic was held at the new track and football field located at the Village at 115 during the Thanksgiving holiday season. Fourteen Muny League football teams from Kansas, Chicago, Michigan and Cleveland competed to win the national championship title. For many of the youth, this was their first experience playing a football game in a college setting such as ours. Each team had full access to their own team locker room and other on-field amenities to enhance their championship game experience. The event was sponsored by the Center for Community Partnerships and the Office of Human Resources.
