Community Health Initaitive
A collaboration between Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation and the Cleveland Clinic,this program offers free medical screenings and education every Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. It is staffed by students from Case Western Reserve University's School of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and a physician or nurse practitioner.
