REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR 7 OCTOBER, 2008
This week we have our regular rehearsal and seating auditions for VIOLAS and CELLOS as
well as any students who missed last week.
Auditions will be held in the Library and the Denison rehearsal room and will commence at
6:30 pm while the large group will be in the Wade rehearsal hall. Students will rotate in and out of rehearsal as they go to audition.
Audition selections are the ones that were used for the placement audition and are available on the orchestra web page.
The orchestra will follow this rehearsal schedule:
6:30 Berlioz
7:05 Weber
8:00 Schubert

If you will not be attending rehearsal for the Jewish Holiday, then plan to audition next week.
Auditions will be held in the Library and the Denison rehearsal room and will commence at
6:30 pm while the large group will be in the Wade rehearsal hall. Students will rotate in and out of rehearsal as they go to audition.

This is the last week in the first concert cycle for sectionals. This Thursday sectionals will follow the
C Rotation.
6:30 - 7:30 Cellos, in the Chamber Room
Violin II, in Denison Rehearsal Hall
7:30 - 8:30 Double Basses, in Denison Rehearsal Hall
And, be aware that seating auditions will be next week. Please consult your syllabus for exact sections.
