REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR 10 APRIL 2007
*** THIS WEEK'S REHEARSAL WILL BE IN THWING BALLROOM.
Rehearsal/Loading Schedule for Thwing
4:50 pm U-Haul Arrives at Denison
5:00 pm Percussion Equipment is assembled in Denison and Loading
Crew Arrives
5:10 pm Percussion and any other Equipment is loaded onto Truck
5:20 pm Truck Departs for Thwing
5:30 pm Truck is unloaded at Thwing by UNLOADING Crew
6:00 pm Set-up Crew Arrives at Thwing Ballroom to set-up
6:30 pm REHEARSAL BEGINS with the following order
6:30 pm - Sain Saens
7:05 pm - Espana
7:35 pm - Bolero
8:00 pm - Martinu (WILL ALSO HAVE A THURSDAY REHEARSAL
SEE BELOW FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION)
(Truck Loading commences for departure at 8:30 pm and
TAKE DOWN crew begins to dismantle orchestra set-up)
8:30 pm Truck Departs for Denison and is met by the UNLOADING Crew

6:30 pm Denison Rehearsal Hall
7:30 pm Mozart
CONCERT IS SUNDAY APRIL 15TH AT 2:00 PM IN HARKNESS CHAPEL

Is the concert actually this Sunday at 2:00PM? I had thought that Camerata was having their concert then. I want to doublecheck that this is correct...
