Case/UC Symphony Orchestra: MOVING AND REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR 10/16/07

This week's Rehearsal is IN THE THWING BALLROOM.

Strings Please Plan to arrive about 5 minutes early so that you can find your new seat based on the seating auditions of the past two weeks.

Here is the Moving and Rehearsal Schedule for 10/16/07

5:15 pm Truck Arrives at Denison Hall

5:20 pm LOAD TRUCK

5:40 pm TRUCK DEPARTS FOR THWING

5:50 pm Truck Arrives at Thwing to Unload

6:00 pm Set-Up Crew Arrives at Thwing to begin Set-Up

6:30 REHEARSAL BEGINS FOLLOWING THE SCHEDULE

6:30 pm Mendelssohn Hebrides Overture
7:00 pm Sibelius Symphony No. 2
7:55 pm Grieg Piano Concerto (Reduced Orchestra)

8:30 Rehearsal Ends - Take down crew stacks chairs and stands and truck is loaded with percussion and stands.

8:50 Truck Returns to Denison Hall to Unload
