MOVING AND REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR 4/1/08
THIS WEEK REHEARSAL IS IN THE THWING BALLROOM. PLEASE PLAN ON SOME EXTRA
TIME IF YOU NEED TO PICK UP YOUR INSTRUMENT AT DENISON HALL BEFORE REHEARSAL.
** IF you want anthing placed on the truck you need to be there to put it on and take it
off the truck both moving to Thwing and then back to Denison. See moving schedule below.
Moving schedule for 1 April 2008
5:00 pm assemble at Denison to load the truck
5:05 pm Load Percussion, Stands, podium, and any other equipment
needed for rehearsal.
5:35 pm Depart for Thwing
5:40 pm Arrive at Thwing and Unload
6:30 pm REHEARSAL using the following schedule:
6:30 pm HINDEMITH
7:25 pm DEBUSSY
7:50 pm RAVEL
8:00 pm SAINT-SAENS PIANO CONCERTO
Then we will finish the loading and return to Denison Hall.
