MOVING AND REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR 4/8/08
THE WEEK WE REHEARSE IN THE THWING BALLROOM.
IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING MOVED THERE YOU MUST
BE PRESENT TO LOAD AND UNLOAD THE TRUCK SO THAT YOUR
INSTRUMENT IS DEALT WITH APPROPRIATELY.
HERE IS THE MOVING AND REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR 4/8/08
5:00 pm assemble at Denison to load the truck
5:10 pm Load Percussion, Stands, podium, and any other equipment
needed for rehearsal.
5:40 pm Depart for Thwing
5:45 pm Arrive at Thwing and Unload
6:30 pm REHEARSAL using the following schedule:
6:30 pm SAINT-SAENS PIANO CONCERTO
7:00 pm DEBUSSY
7:30 pm HINDEMITH
At the conclusion of rehearsal we will load the truck and return to Denison
for unloading.
