Congratulations Everyone !!!

GREAT CONCERT !!!!!

Just a few items of business to wrap-up the year:

1. We are still missing some rental parts. In particular 2nd violin &
Percussion. Please get these to me ASAP. I do not want to hold
grades and all that sort of stuff.

2. We are also missing some other folders. PLEASE TURN THEM IN ASAP
so we can get all of this music filed.

3. In the summer we are moving to another message board system so
that we will have better access to information. Around June 1
get onto the Music Department Page and go to Ensembles so that you
can sign up for the new system which will give you all of the
information about next year(concert dates, concert sites, concert
music, and audition information).

4. If you still have a school instrument you need to get it back to
me no later than next Monday so I can get it stored.

Have a wonderful restful summer and I look forward to next year. To our seniors . . . I wish you all success and do please keep in touch.

Thank you for a wonderful season !!!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Orchestra,

Bravo to you on a wonderful season with will have its formal end this evening.

Due to the cold weather conditions please be sure to arrive around 7:00 pm so that instruments and you can warm up appropriately.

A few notes on this evenings event:

First, we will be using a smaller set-up for the first half of the performance. Since we don't need all of the chairs and stands until the Stravinsky the first several pieces (Copland and Rutter) we will have a more compact arrangement. Then after the Gloria we will set-up during Intermission for the larger pieces.

If you have a few minutes to hang around after the concert we will be very happy if you can help us rack some of the audience chairs, and get things organized to be moved back to Denison.

And, please bring your music so that you can turn it in tonight. I don't want to hold anyones grades or anything. Bear in mind that rental parts will also cost you a fee. If we fail to return a part we are fined
$250.00 per part and I will pass that along to you if you don't return your part. If you have a school instrument please make arrangements with me to return it or you can just come to the Camerata rehearsal on Thursday evening at 6:30 pm in Denison and we can take care of it then.

Thank you for all of your hard work and effort this semester and I am extremely pleased by your musicianship. I am quite sure that this evenings performance will be outstanding. Enjoy your day and I will see everyone this evening.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Orchestra,

Bravo to you on a wonderful season with will have it's formal end this evening.
