Learning Plan
I was quite disappointed with the grade I received for the Learning Plan. I went through the list of suggestions and for the most part, I understood why certain points were taken away. However, the biggest concern I have is the creativity side of the paper. When I think of writing a paper, I did not expect to have some creative side to it. A paper is supposed to be with the necessary information and nothing else. It can be slightly creative but not to the extent it was expected. I understand that it was stated in the list of requirements but I still do not like it. The grade also concerned me because this was supposed to be a rough draft. For a rough draft, it is worth a fairly large portion of the overall grade of the paper. I guess this only makes me work much harder for the rest of the project.

I agreed with Danny this was supposed to be a rough draft therefore no grade needed to be given until the final draft was written

I agree 100% with what you said. These were supposed to be a rough draft and we have them getting ripped apart. Our grades as a whole were horrible and in no way should they have been. I don't understand either how we are supposed to be creative with these, it was simply cut and dry. A question was asked and we answered it, that was it and my grade is suffering because of it.

There seems to be a lot of unhappiness about this assignment among your classmates. Why do you suppose the instructors asked for creativity? What are they expecting you to get out of the assignment? I've been reading a lot about innovation and design lately in the business press - maybe they were trying to pull some of that out of the students? Just curious.
