I am probably in the minority on this issue, but when I went back and looked at the case from class on Thursday I do not think that Anna has a legitimate lawsuit. I know that Dave made a lot of errors during the interview process. He did not specify in his advertisement what physical requirements were necessary for the position. He also was very short with Anna during the actual interview. However, I do not believe that a company should be required to change their store for one employee. I do believe that companies should find jobs that individuals who are physically disabled are able to do within the company. The job should be of equal quality to the position the individual wanted, but they should not be able to force the system or make-up of the store to change.
