I want to do my next entry, talking about the HR simulation.
When I first took a look at the Hr instrctions, i seemed to me I was going to be the lack of my group.
After choosing the name of our hotel chain, and a couple of meetings, it seems to me I am going to be able to do it.
The strategy of our company is not totally fixed, but now I can say we are going to do a good job. The members of the group are now more or less separating in "departments", guided by our team leader, and even though each of us are going to be focus in each one of this departments we are still communicating all together so we are not loosing the soul of hte group.
In the next two or three meetings that we have ahead, we will be able to start physically hiring people, and settle the policies of our firm.
I think that in my next blog entry i would br able to develope the policy of our firm, so yuo can make a general idea of what are we doing...
Apart from this, I have to say that the Harra's Casino case that I have just started to read is going to be hard. Lets see when time goes by.
