Sam Fulwood on Blackwell's Vote Suppression

For those of you who don't know Sam Fulwood III has been a SAGES professor at Case, as well as a highly respected columnist and author who writes for the Cleveland Plain Dealer. He writes a pretty good editorial summarizing his feelings on Blackwell's attention to minority voters.
