Superluminous Velocity is Pink For October
Taking this guy's lead, hunderds of people have turned their websites pink for the month of October to raise awareness for breast cancer. What, you didn't know October was breast cancer awareness month? Fits perfectly right? When you think of October, you think of fall leaves piling gently on the ground, costume parties, and....breast cancer? Well I sure do, and it's easy to do for such a good cause so I am adding my blog Superluminous Velocity to the hoardes of pinkened pages. That's right, SLV has gone rose! Actually, it's more of a screaming atomic fuscia. Technically speaking it is hex color ffcc99 out of the 216 color web safe pallet, but most of you don't care about that. It's bright bright pink with black counter colors and white positive space, I call this stylesheet "The pink and the black" pretty avant-garde eh?
Sidenote:According to the American Cancer Society, roughly 1,720 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year. So watch out dudes.
