Qualifications:
US Citizen or legal resident
high school senior planning to enroll full-time for the fall of 2010
demonstrate ambition and self-drive as evidenced by outstanding achievement in an activity in school the community or the workplace
be recommended by and unrelated adult who can attest to the student's achievement
