Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Undergraduate Academic Award
Qualifications
* Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident
* Must be enrolled (or accepted) in an accredited college or university and planning on continuing the next year.
* Graduating high school seniors who meet the above mentioned criteria may apply.
* Must have a minimum of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours still to be completed.
* Must consent to provide a digital photograph of self and quote for display on Education-Portal.com if notified as the award winner by the selection committee.
Deadline
April 1st
Submit
1. Download the PDF application. (You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the application)
2. Complete all the required information in the PDF (You do not need to print the application)
3. Click File -> Save As
4. Name your file Lastname-Firstname-award.pdf (Ex: John Doe, Doe-John-award.pdf)
5. Submit the application via email to law-undergrad-award@education-portal.com
