Exploritas K. Patricia Cross Doctoral Research Grant
Qualifications
Applicants must be:
•A graduate student already conducting their doctoral research.
•A doctoral candidate in any field where their research will have a significant impact on the field of later-life learning (education, psychology, gerontology, social work or a related discipline).

To be considered for the Exploritas K. Patricia Cross Doctoral Research Grant, applicants must submit the following materials:

To be submitted by applicant via the online application form:
•Personal Information
•Essay (2,500 characters)
•Two Recommendations’ contact Information (one from your dissertation advisor and an additional faculty member). We will be sending the link to the online recommendation form to your submitted
references.
To be sent by applicant via email after submitting online application:
•Curriculum Vitae
•Grant Abstract: two- to three-page abstract of the proposed study
To be submitted or mailed by references via online recommendation form:
•Two Recommendations from applicant’s dissertation advisor and an additional faculty member.
