1. Applicant must be 25 years of age or older.
2. Applicant must be enrolled in an educational program leading to a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree. Associate degree candidates are not eligible unless they are currently accepted into a bachelor's degree program.
3. Applicant must live in the Greater Cleveland area.

Society of Women Engineers
Qualifications
• The Society of Women Engineers Scholarship is only open to women.
• The applicant is enrolled or has graduated in a baccalaureate ABET-accredited engineering or computer science degree program, or the applicant is accepted for enrollment in a baccalaureate computer science program at an ABET-approved school. Please go to www.abet.org for more information.
• The applicant is in a position to accept the scholarship in the school year for which it is being awarded.
• The minimum GPA is 3.0/4.0 for upperclass applicants.
• The applicant is not the current recipient of a renewable SWE Scholarship (i.e. is not already designated to receive a SWE scholarship payment in the coming academic year.)
• The applicant must be a full time student, except for reentry applicants.
• The applicant must be a US citizen or permanent resident of the US for some scholarships. The applicant is not receiving full funding for education from another organization (e.g. members of the Armed Services attending US Military Academies, students receiving full reimbursement from an employer).
Deadline
The application for sophomores through graduate students is typically available December 1st through February 15th. For freshmen: March 1st through May 15th.

Western Reserve Junior Service League Adult Scholarship
Qualifications
Applicant must be a female, U. S. citizen, 25 years of age or over by September 1, be a resident of Lake, Geauga, or Ashtabula County, be enrolled at least part-time (6 credit hours) for the next term in an accredited two or four year college or university and working toward an associate or first bachelor's degree. If currently in school your GPA must be at least 3.0. Applicant must have had an interruption in her education following high school.

Glamour Magazine Top 10 College Women Competition
Qualifications
Any woman who is currently a full-time junior at an accredited college or university in the United States or Canada is eligible to enter.

■ A completed application form.
■ An official college transcript (may be mailed separately).
■ A black-and-white or color photograph (for identification purposes only); please attach this to your e-mail with the completed entry form,
or include it with your mailed entry.
■ At least two letters of recommendation; please use the forms provided (may be submitted separately).
■ CDs, videos or samples of your work may be mailed separately from your entry form. You may also enclose any relevant newspaper clippings or describe local recognition received in newspapers, on radio or television, etc. Label photo(s) and enclosures with your name and school.

Asian Women in Business Scholarship
Qualifications
Candidates for the scholarship must be female of Asian (includes those who can trace their ancestry from Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam) or Pacific Islander ancestry.
Candidates must also fulfill the following criteria to be considered:
* Have at least one or more of the following:
a) demonstrated a leadership role in a community or non-profit endeavor, or b) a record of entrepreneurial achievement
* Enrolled full-time in an accredited four-year undergraduate institution in the U.S. at the time of application and award
* Carry a minimum of 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA at the time of application
* Provide most recent college transcript; semi-finalists will be required to provide their official college transcript
* Provide at least one professional recommendation
* Fully complete the AWIB Scholarship Application
* Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Qualifications

- Applicant must be a resident of Cuyahoga, Lorain, or Medina counties
- Seeking entry or re-entry into the workforce

Talbots Scholarship
Qualifications:
Be women currently residing in the United States or Canada;
Be women who earned a high school diploma or their GED on or before September 2000;
Be enrolled or planning to enroll in a full- or part-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two-, three- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the United States or Canada;
Be attending the full 2010-11 academic year and receiving a degree no earlier than May 2011; and

Priscilla Carney Jones Scholarship
Qualifications:
To be considered a candidate, students must meet the following criteria:
Rising junior or senior female undergraduate student
Enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university
Major in chemistry or chemistry-related science
Students in pre-med programs who intend to go to medical school are not eligible for this scholarship.
Completed research or plan to conduct research during undergraduate years
