Jonah Creighton Case Analysis
The class was very torn in their opinions on the Jonah Creighton case. Jonah went far out of his way to try and have his voice heard, but I feel he went too far. In no way do I agree what happened to the up-and-coming manager, but I feel that Jonah did more damage than good. I feel he should have attempted to find someone directly related to the issue of discrimination in the company and filed a grievance of some sort with them and pursued justice in that way. Jonah damaged his productivity in pursuing the resolution the way he did, and did not communicate effectively to the company’s department specified for those types of problems.

I agree that there were many ways Jonah could have handled the situation more effectively. It definitely would have benefited Jonah and his work relationships if he had reported the situation to the proper department. See my analysis on this case for more of my thoughts.
