Hi; my name is Grace Vibbert. I started working at the CWRU Information Services Help Desk in July of 1999 as a Help Desk specialist. I was promoted three years later to Documentation Specialist where my grandest achievement was the creation of a Network User Guide for the University. I was terribly proud of my work on it, alas it was short lived. In October of 2004 my department was laid off and I was hired by PerceptIS and now work as a contractor through them, still involved (if tangentally) in supporting Case students, staff, faculty and affiliates in their use of technology.
Contrary to popular opinion I did not actually attend Case as an undergrad, my twin sister Marie did. I just hung out here a lot.
