Crisis in the Middle East
The middle east (wing) is in a state of chaos and disrepair. Equipment is malfunctioning and spare parts are low in quantity.
It has been a bitch of a week on all fronts. My house manager duties are finally picking up and I have been devoting more time to those every day. This wouldn't bother me so much, except my computer has been on the fritz this week as well. After 20 days of running without a hitch, my computer decided to crash on me. In the process of "fixing" it, I have managed to make my computer extremely unstable and unusable to completely usable again. This explains why my web site was down for a day or two.
To make matters worse, there is only one beer left in my refrigerator. My Warsteiner have all been consumed over the past two weeks. I am left with a lone bottle of Bass. I guess a beer run is imminent.
This weekend is shaping up to be mad busy. I have 2 exams plus a homework due on Monday. Throw in the planned house improvement projects Saturday morning and Katie's party Saturday night, and my weekend totally sucks.
Things aren't that bad, however. I've been hanging out a lot with Kelsey lately. We went to the Silver Spartan Diner last night around 1:30 AM. I shouldn't have been out that late, but the time was well spent. After celebrating her birthday with the basketball team today, she came over and we chilled here at the house for a bit. Thankfully she enjoyed the house in a non-party atmosphere. Time will tell what we will do next.
Well, it is getting late. Although it is a Friday night, I can't afford for my schedule to become to college-like-- not with 2 exams on Monday, anyway.
