Syncronize from b2Evolution to Blog@Case

I have added a script to my subversion repository that will allow users to automatically import entries in b2evolution to the blog@Case MovableType system. It still has a few bugs. The categories don't get set, but this shouldn't be difficult to fix, as I just have to find out where the XML-RPC is choking. When you combine this script with the one I posted earlier today, it is now possible to keep a nearly perfectly synchronized blog between b2Evolution and MovableType.

Also, those not using b2Evolution can probably figure out how to import to MovableType using the PHP I wrote. It is as easy as setting an array with specific keys to the desired values and sending it away.
