Help Desk RSS Feed

When something breaks, people often turn to the Help Desk looking for answers. Their web site is usually pretty up-to-date. Unfortunately, they do not offer an RSS feed. Fortunately for you, I know how to combine regular expressions and some simple PHP to create an RSS feed.

Hopefully, someday in the future, someone will enable RSS on the Help Desk's web site. Until then, we have this solution.
