A Letter the University Lawyers Would Hate to See

To Case Western Reserve University:
It has come to our attention that Case Western Reserve University has been using the Monopoly (tm) logo and material related to Monopoly without consent in order to promote its 2005 orientation program. We believe your use has overstepped "fair use" and we ask you to stop using the Monopoly logo and related works immediately. In order to protect its brand name, we ask that you immediately destroy any materials containing infringements on the Monopoly logo and trademarks. Please respond with your intentions by August 30, 2005.
