S.F. Mayor Sees Wireless Service as a Basic Right

... although he gets rights and opportunities confused. As cool as it is to provide free wifi, this should by no means be considered a "fundamental right" or even a "civil rights" issue. Show me a law-- written, derived, or otherwise-- that establishes the right to free wifi. There isn't any. Anyone who believes this is a civil right has a highly flawed perspective on the notion of rights.
