MonoBook Skin Enabled on Case Wiki

More choices are better! Many can relate to the skin used by the Wikipedia projects. So, in an attempt to reach out to these people, I have enabled the MonoBook (Wikipedia) skin on the Case Wiki. The default skin for users is the skin that you have come to know. However, now you can go to Special:Preferences and change the skin if you so desire. I would like to thank Andrew Witte for contributing the logo.
