More People Talking about Computer Help Documentation
I have mentioned computer help documentation in my blog before. With a new help documentation site accessible through the portal looming on the horizon, people are concerned that the solution is not ideal. I have to agree with them. I'm not trying to be a shameless promoter of my product. I'm just trying to raise awareness of what is best for the university.
