Songbird Media Player
I just discovered Songbird, a cross-playform (Windows, Mac, Linux) media player/iTunes clone. It is still in pre-release, but it looks very promising. I was disappointed to see it doesn't read Musepack files, but it is light years ahead of anything on Linux in terms of the UI. My only other complaint is it seems a bit bloated. Time will tell. I am eager to wait for it to develop and see what extensions people make.

When you first install Songbird, you'll be given the option of installing four extensions, iTunes library importer, shoutcast directory list, audioscrobbler, and wikipedia. I have several extensions on my site www.windjay.com including iPod support and eMusic store. There's also a tagging extension available at www.qloud.com.
I think Songbird is too much of a Web browser hybrid. You should have a look at Banshee instead.
